Transforming Systems, Policies & Culture for Collective Liberation

Meaningful organizational change takes more than just mission statements—it requires courageous, sustained action. As an organization or program leader, you have the power to dismantle oppressive structures and cultivate cultures that honor every stakeholder’s humanity.

My role is to serve as a strategic partner, offering insights, tools, and frameworks so you can elevate equity from aspiration to everyday reality.

  • Systemic Analysis: We examine your policies, hiring practices, program structures, and organizational culture through an anti-oppressive lens.

  • Collective Care & Accountability: Real change happens when everyone shares responsibility and invests in fostering a supportive environment.

  • Long-Term Capacity Building: I focus on equipping your leaders and staff with the skills and mindsets needed for continued evolution—long after the consulting project ends.

1. Anti-Oppressive Consulting

  • Equity Audits & Policy Overhauls:

    • I’ll assess your existing policies, strategic plans, and organizational practices to identify gaps or biases.

    • We then co-create a roadmap that may include new guidelines, training protocols, or systems for accountability.

  • Strategy & Implementation Support:

    • Brainstorm potential interventions and refine them for maximum impact.

    • Offer best practices for inclusive hiring, onboarding, retention strategies, or program design.

  • Team Culture & Leadership Coaching:

    • Work closely with executive teams or middle management to integrate anti-oppressive frameworks into daily operations and decision-making processes.

2. Keynotes & Workshops

  • Purpose & Themes:

    • Inspiring large groups to embrace equity-centered practices, break down the myth of “neutrality” in leadership, and recognize how daily decisions shape inclusion or exclusion.

    • Topics might include “Radical Embodiment in Leadership,” “Anti-Oppression as Core Strategy,” or “Building Organizational Cultures of Belonging.”

  • Ideal Context:

    • Annual conferences, staff retreats, or leadership summits aiming to spark collective energy for a new direction.
